Senior Associate Oracle HCM Cloud

Job Description

We are looking for an implementation consultant ideally experienced in Oracle Cloud HCM Functional
 

Position Requirements
 

Candidate must have
 

• Strong process knowledge in any or all the modules listed above
   
• Must be able to perform configuration based on the client requirement
   
• Must have strong knowledge in understanding the gap between the Oracle Product Vs Client
   

Requirement
 

• Must have strong knowledge in writing the Functional Specifications, Drive the Workshops, Coordinate with client Business leads to finalize the conversion template, Perform Unit & End to End Testing.
   
• Must have strong communication skills plus coordinate with 3rd Party Vendors to test the integrations.
   

Senior Associates:
 

• Overall experience of 5-8years. Minimum 3 Yrs. of Relevant Experience in cloud HCM
   
• Must have worked in at least 2 to 3 modules from the list - Global Human Resources Talent Management, Workforce Management, Payroll
   
• The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team, being able to demonstrate an ability to develop other colleagues
   
• Must have at least 2 full projects experience, through go live.
   
• Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements
