Five or more years’ experience designing, developing, and implementing software solutions, constantly seeking to be an expert. You take pride in self-mastery and knowledge development Experience with the following technologies: JAVA/J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, REST Web services,MongoDb(Mandatory Skills) Experience as an Agile team member Hands on experience of implementation of micro services Knowledge of DDD , will be an added advantage Knowledge of any public cloud will be a plus point Proven track record of planning, designing and implementing code fixes on multiple, unrelated sections of the codebase,and/ or different products altogether Experience and knowhow with developer and tester practices like CI/CD, ATDD, BDD, TDD, Planning Poker, Refactoring, DevOps, and Continuous Delivery A commitment to understanding our clients and helping them deliver value An ability to effectively communicate concepts and ideas to team members and clients An ability to adapt to organisation cultures and work environments A desire to work with a variety of technologies A passion for driving quality and improving the productivity of the software development lifecycle Excellent understanding and application of Agile practices (ATDD, continuous integration, pairing, iterative development and retrospectives) Work on a scrum team to deliver software solutions by providing the essential benefit to the customers by delivering the simplest solution to the functional requirement Work cross functionally with other team members: other engineers, testers, product owners, designers, Ops, customersupport. Partner with QA, DB, BA/PO and other dependent teams Make sure the code is hygiene and well maintained. Application Performance tuning, troubleshooting/analysing the complex problems.
