Job Title: Business Analyst (Senior)

Location: Dublin 1, Onsite/Hybrid working model.

Contract / Permanent: Permanent or FTC 12 Months, With the further extension

Start date: Jan-22 2023 or as soon as possible after

Experience Level Required:

It is a mandatory requirement, that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of 7+ years of extensive professional experience in their specialized field (Business analysis).

Key Deliverable:

The following non-exhaustive list of Key Deliverables are applicable to this Role:

• Leads the review and analysis of the organization’s business intentions, services, processes, and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements and digital transformation.

• Provides clear and intuitive documentation when defining existing and future business processes and ensures documentation is stored in a logical manner.

• Establishes the contribution that technology can make to business objectives, defining strategies, validating, and justifying business needs.

• Conducts feasibility studies, producing high-level and detailed business models of current business processes (as-is) and the future state (to-be).

• Prepares detailed specifications and oversees the development and implementation of solutions, taking into account the implications of change on the organization and all stakeholders.

• Liaises with management regarding the delivery of processes and organizational change.

• Provide regular updates to management, project boards, and stakeholders.

• Has excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with business units, elicit information, and document current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes.

• Has experience working with business analysis tools to define as-is and to-be business processes using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) (e.g., Microsoft Visio or equivalent)

• Has experience analyzing current business processes and identifying key technological efficiencies.

• Has experience working in a technical environment on diverse project teams alongside, developers, database architects, project managers, business units, etc.

• Has excellent presentation skills and can present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
