Job Description

Job Description for BDM –

  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
  • Responsible for sales, collection, operations and central team co-ordination for sales head, sales staff, team management.
  • Need to be develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goal
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
  • Manage the sales teams, operation and resources to deliver profitable growth.
  • The BDM is in charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities.
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
  • Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning  Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
  • The BDM, who is also known as sales director defines, articulates and implements the organization’s strategy for selling products or services with discuses with their superior.
  • Need to develop forecast and strategy to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability.
  • Actively seeks out major customers and forms good relationships with key influencers and buyers.
  • Direct the field’s team in generating proposal that define a clear path to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Investigate factors impacting sales performance and review sales performance by analyzing performance reports.

       Qualification & Skills

  • BDM should have knowledge in Crypto.
  • Graduate and above degree.
  • Should be Sales & Marketing / Network Marketing / LML Experienced 
  • The to five years proven track record in business sales or related market
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
