Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies to align with company goals.  
- Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.  
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.  
- Manage employee relations and address grievances promptly and effectively.  
- Maintain employee records and manage payroll in collaboration with the finance team.
