Job Role:
Employee Life cycle management Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law Establish and implement procedures to achieve the most effective use of human resources. Training and Development of the employees as per the requirement. Maintain Relationship with the employee and prospects Optimizing the use of workplace resources. Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning
Requirements:
Experience - 3 to 6 years Location- Bhopal Excellent Communication is must. Qualification - minimum 50% throughout 10th,12th & graduation. Communication: Excellent Verbal Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills and Convincing Skills. Shifts - Okay for Permanent Night Shifts (06:00pm - 03:30am)-5 days working Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. Attention to detail and good judgement. Ready for 2 years agreement
