Job Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Consultant to provide expert guidance and strategic IT solutions for our clients, helping them optimize their technology infrastructure and align IT initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, in-depth understanding of industry trends, and exceptional consulting skills. This role involves working closely with clients to analyze requirements, recommend solutions, and lead the implementation of technology projects that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of clients' IT systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored IT solutions.
• Design and implement IT strategies, infrastructure upgrades, and system integrations to meet client needs and goals.
• Lead client engagements, providing project oversight, risk management, and progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and successful handover of IT projects.
• Advise clients on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to future-proof their IT infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all project stages.
• Document processes, create training materials, and provide training sessions for clients to ensure effective adoption of IT solutions.
• Manage relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a primary point of contact for ongoing technical support and consultation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, systems analysis, or related roles.
• Expertise in IT strategy, infrastructure planning, and systems integration.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices, data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, TOGAF).
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and business process optimization.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies for project delivery.
