Salary : 25k to 35k  Depend your interview

Rotational shift Is mandatory In sale Time

General Shift :- 10am to 7pm 
In sale time 
1st shift   9am to 6pm
2nd shift 10am to 7pm
3rd shift   12pm to 9pm

Note:-  Fluent English And Advance Excel mandatory

(V-lookup, H-lookup, Pivot Table, Chart, if conditional
formulas, Choose, Concatenate, Count if, Sum if, Round, Trim, Left, Right, Sum,
Proper, Upper, Lower, Formatting etc.)

1. Job Description for CS to Logistics Team:

A       Handling all logistics related queries which will be routed from the CS team through mails, chats, and calls.

B       Closing urgent deliveries, POD, disputed cases raised from customers.

C       Closing all the cases for customers within defined TAT.

D      Need to take ownership and close customer queries with a positive response.

E       Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

F       Having a weekly review with courier partners for improvisation on TAT and maintaining a quality of deliveries.

G       Working with the CS team and other team members to improvise the process and enhance the quality of service for customers.

H       Engaging with a cross functional team.

2. Job Description for Billing and COD Reconciliation Team:

A      Deal with logistics partners and manage the disputes for marketplace vendors.
B      Logistics cost reconciliations.
C      CN recovery against the Damage and lost shipments.
D      Maintain data of COD-remittance and reconciliation with courier partners.
E       Check and reconcile courier and vendor bill or invoice copy
