Senior SEO Analyst

Job Description

• Monitoring search engine rankings of targeted keywords over time to ensure they continue to improve
• Recommending changes to company websites to improve their search engine ranking positions
• Creating reports on keyword performance and competitor activity
• Developing an SEO strategy that aligns with company goals while ensuring compliance with search engine guidelines
• Creating a website map of all pages on a site and any associated subpages, including those linked to but not hosted by the main site
• Analyzing data from organic search traffic to inform decisions about content creation, site structure changes, and off-site SEO efforts
• Reviewing and approving SEO strategies created by junior SEO staff members before implementation
• Managing day-to-day operations of an SEO team, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Reviewing site traffic statistics to identify opportunities to improve rankings through keyword optimization or other means.
• Experience in lead generation across multiple channels like Email, SMS, LinkedIn, Facebook, Paid campaigns, video marketing, content marketing etc.
