Calling all project managers with a passion for blockchain and crypto! We need your help launching our game-changing crowdfunding platform and growing our community.

We’re looking for somebody who lives for the big picture stuff, who leads from the back, and who believes in organic growth over hacks or shortcuts.

And as our Project Manager, you’ll be in charge of overseeing the development and launch of our platform, as well as getting involved in the community, social, and outreach efforts to help raise the profile.

To do this, you’ll work with our product team and community contributors, including our UI agency, UX experts, creatives, copywriters, social media experts, and graphic designers.

Crypto moves fast, so you’ll need to be adaptable. Any given day might include:

Taking ownership of quality and continuous improvement for the product

Overseeing with the product team on the development and the social/community team on growth and outreach

Planning and executing projects and events on time and on budget

Working with leadership to define objectives and set goals for your team

Managing a growing team of contributors and helping them to do their best work

Coordinating with the rest of the team, by managing, guiding, and ensuring tasks and responsibilities of other team members are being executed upon

Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests

Preparing contingency plans and incorporating them into strategic planning

Reporting progress and growth to the Management on our weekly updates

To be a good fit for this role, you’ll have:

Have a deep ops background and the knowledge needed to hit the ground running and make an impact from Day 1

Experience building and launching blockchain or complex products

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in parallel

Experience creating and driving processes

Ability to manage complex or cross-functional blockchain projects

Leadership and communication skills to drive decision-making

Ability to interpret and report results to senior management as well as customer teams

Experience managing a remote/distributed team

Experience working with project management tools like Monday dot com, Notion, etc.
