You will be a contributor in designing and developing new feature sets for our in store and enterprise initiatives as well as team lead and mentor. Expect rapid, iterative development with an evolving market while having fun in the process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, implement, and maintain a variety of systems
• Research and respond to support incidents from our helpdesk
• Maintain good relationships with customers, liaising with other employees during the incident process to ensure that they are kept informed of progress and relieve any stress or concern caused by support issues
• Carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by your manager.
