Senior iOS App Developer

Job Description

Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline, MCA, BCA.

Responsibilities:

 Designing and building mobile applications for Apple’s iOS platform.

 Should be able to coach and mentor other developers.

 Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.

 Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.

 Fixing application bugs before the final release.

 Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

 Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

 Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

 Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Key Skills:

 Should have a working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures,

trends, and emerging technologies.

 Experience working with iOS cocoa-frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation,

Core Graphics, core audio and Core Text

 Create cross-platform applications using React Native Manage the lifecycle and data

collections of mobile applications

 Hands on experience with to HTML5, CSS, XML, API & Social media integration.

 Must have experience in Mac OS platforms

 Proficient in Objective-C, Swift, and Cocoa Touch.

 Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.

 Familiarity with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.

 Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

 Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred

 Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools-such as Instruments and

Shark, depending on project needs

 Knowledge of SQLite, Graph API and other Google APIs is a plus

 Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

 Good understanding of iOS release cycle and familiarity with CI/CD platform and

pipelines

 Familiarity with web technologies and UI/UX standards (Swift UI, Apple HIG).

 Intuitive and enthusiastic about designing, developing, and testing thoughtful

architecture.

 Should be familiar with SSL Security and Keychain.

 Strong working knowledge of HTML5 & CSS, MySQL, and JavaScript.

 Strong technical background, good knowledge of Xcode, Comfortable in Storyboard and

Playground.

 Proficient in code versioning tools including Mercurial, Git, and SVN.

 Clear idea about push notifications, RESTful APIs, & cloud messaging Knowledge of

other web technologies and UI/UX standards

 Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
