Job Title: Service Delivery Lead
Location: Warwick / Wokingham (2 days onsite per week)
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
Experience Required: 8–10 Years
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Lead to oversee service governance, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project and service delivery, with a proven track record in managing service performance against SLAs/KPIs, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance.
Establish and maintain a robust Service Governance Framework.
Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Manage and strengthen vendor relationships, ensuring optimal performance and value delivery.
Provide accurate and timely service performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
8–10 years of proven experience in Service Delivery / Project Delivery roles.
Strong background in Service Governance, SLA/KPI management, and vendor performance management.
Demonstrated experience in risk management and compliance adherence.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor negotiation skills.
Ability to lead service improvement programs in complex environments.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
