Title: Sr. ServiceNow Architect 

Working Hours: From 1 pm to 10 pm IST to support global teams. 

Preferred Start Date: Immediate 

Location: Permanent remote

As a Sr. ServiceNow Architect, you will work with business, product and technology teams to help solution and architect high-priority enterprise initiatives that will make a significant impact in transforming the financial industry. Platform architect: – Responsible for overall platform design – Oversight of enterprise scale transformational initiatives – Provides technical leadership to the platform and project teams – Creates and maintains detailed architecture diagrams – Provides architectural controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are used when delivering business solutions – Resolves technical escalations, including responding to defects and platform outages – Participates in process and design workshops – Assists in migrating configuration across instances – Often the integration expert in the absence of a dedicated role – Instance experience with cloning, release upgrades, patching, etc. If you see yourself doing these activities, you probably have: - A strong background in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM - 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience - Prior experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect - Experience with CMDB - Understanding of CSDM Framework. - Experience with various Releases / versions and upgrade process. - Understanding of REST /SOAP based integration - Exceptional analytical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills - Experience delivering highly complex projects in ServiceNow - Comfortable leading and coordinating client calls and meetings, preparing status reports, presentations etc. - ServiceNow CSA certified
