Job Description

Job Title: SharePoint Developer

Location: Dublin 2

Hybrid working Model consists of 5 days a fortnight in the office and 5 days working from Home.

Current pattern: work from home Monday and Friday and every alternate Thursday

In the office Tuesday and Wednesday and every alternate Thursday.

Contract / Permanent: 12 months with further extension or Permanent with Test Triangle

Start date: 22nd May 2023, or as soon as possible thereafter.

Experience Level Required:

Candidates must have the equivalent of 4 years’ experience in SharePoint development.

It is a mandatory requirement, that the Resource proposed hold the following qualifications or equivalents: Microsoft Certified

Solutions Developer or equivalent.

Key Deliverable:

The following non-exhaustive list of Key Deliverables, are applicable to this Role.

• Will be involved in design, build, test and support aspects of SharePoint development lifecycle; will be required to take the

lead in some projects.

• 10-20% of time will be spent on knowledge transfer / training of the existing team (and future team members) on SharePoint

admin & development in order to upskill existing team to an acceptable level in SP development & administration

capabilities.

• Provision of end user training – showing the business users how to use the sites & applications you have developed.

Required

3. Programmer’s mind-set and a high level of attention to detail

4. Good documentation skills – documentation of all solutions developed, including workflow diagrams

5. Good troubleshooting skills

6. Security awareness and knowledge of secure development practices

7. Relevant experience (and qualifications/certifications) in SharePoint Online, Sharepoint on Prem (SP2013 migrating to SP

online and/or SP2019/SPSE) - will include site administration & configuration, bug fixing

8. Knowledge of Lists, forms, web parts, workflows (Power Automate/flows) and other relevant ‘extensible’ aspects of

SharePoint

9. Basic project management capability and multi-tasking/parallel project management skills required Desired

10. Power Apps development experience

11. Power BI experience

12. UI/UX design and site layout skills

13. M365 platforms admin (Teams, Azure AD user administration (permissions/access control)

14. SharePoint guest/external access administration

15. Visio diagramming experience
