Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Software Architect to make intuitive high level decisions for software development. Software architects are developers who design software solutions from the ground up, making high-level decisions about each stage of the process and leading a team of engineers to create the final product. You will see the “big picture” and create architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide the development team. A great software architect has a strong technical background and excellent IT skills. They are experienced in designing and possess ability to develop a unified vision for software characteristics and functions. The goal is to provide a framework and an overall Solution for the development of a software or system that will result in high quality IT solutions.

This role will be work from office. During this Covid time there is a flexibility to do work from home, but in person presence is required at office sometimes.

Experience: 5 years of experience in relevant field.

Qualification:’ Btech in computer science or any related degree.

Responsibilities

• Creating high-level product specifications and design documents.
• Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to our IT team
• Guiding and assisting the development team throughout the process.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform
• Collaborate with peer organizations, quality assurance and end users to produce cutting-edge software solutions
• Interpret business requirements to articulate the business needs to be addressed
• Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently
• Presenting regular progress reports and setting goals.
• Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product
• Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
• Recommends new tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality.
• Evaluate, select and formulate best usage of test automation tools and future alignment for different products and applications.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
• Approve final product before launch

Requirements

• Proven experience as software architect
• Experience in software development and coding in various languages (Java, Angular, JavaScript etc.)
• Experience with web service technology and API driven integration
• Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
• Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Experienced in CI/CD and Automation (QA/Deployment/Pipeline)
• Understanding of software quality assurance principles
• A technical mindset with great attention to detail
• High quality organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities

Desirable NOT Mandatory

• ERP Implementation Experience
• AWS or Similar Cloud Platform Experience
