Communicating with the students, making outbound calls to potential learners, following up on leads, and engaging with them to show the value CareerX brings to their students.
Delegating duties and flexibility to different work shifts.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Conduct sessions/events/webinars for students in their colleges to expose them to CareerX new-age career programs which can help them start their careers
Counseling potential learners (final year college students, unemployed graduates), helping them plan their career path, and understanding how CareerX can catalyze their career.
Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of CareerX's model of online learning.
Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned.
Requirements
Good communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills), negotiating skills, open to learning, and companionable with good networking.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Great listeners and trustworthy individuals who can bond with our potential learners, ability to approach any situation with patience and powerful empathy.
