The following Competencies/Skillsets are those considered most important for the proposed Resource to have experience in.
The CV for the proposed Resource, comprising of Parts 1 and 2 as set out in the Response Document, must clearly and comprehensively demonstrate the Resource’s experience with the following;
Experience across a minimum of two enterprise .NET projects must be provided as part of the response.

However, where a proposed Resource is fluent in English but does not have the certificate, the Framework Client will accept the proposed Resource’s CV for evaluation. Should the proposed Resource rank in the highest three and be invited for presentation, the Framework Client will verify the English Requirement during the presentation as per section 3.2.14 and 3.2.15 of the SRFT.
Note: Evidence of these (i.e. a copy of the relevant certifications) may be required prior to contract award.
Onsite Requirement Please note: Client’s requirement is for an onsite Resource. However, Tulsa understands that normal working conditions are not in operation as a result of COVID-19. Client ICT Staff (including consultants) are generally working from home at present. The Resource being sought through this SRFT is also permitted to work remotely for as long as COVID-19 restrictions are in place, though some initial onsite meetings (respecting the physical distancing requirements) might be necessary. As such, Framework Members are also required to submit an Offsite Per Diem Rate as part of their response, and this offsite rate will apply where the Resource is working remotely.
The Resource will be required to commence providing the services on the 29th November 2021 or as soon as possible thereafter.
The initial contract duration will be for a period of 12 months with an option to extend by one further 12-month period.
It is anticipated that the Resource will provide the services on a full-time basis for 240 days per annum. The requirements will be the same for both years of the proposed contract.
The Resource will be required to provide services for 8 hours per day (excluding lunches or rest periods) for 5 days each week as follows: Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays in the Republic of Ireland) between the hours of 08:00 and 19:00.
