Job Description
*Sr. executive operations Or Executive operations in Freight Forwarding.
*Coordination with different liners and shipping instruction and bill of lading and other operations activities.
*Full management of daily operations independently
*Coordinate, communicate with Overseas and Local Customer’s enquiries and booking of shipments including competent coordination with transporters, shipping lines etc.
*Timely preparation full sets of import/export documents and arranging with efficiency (such as: Bill of Lading documentation, invoice etc.)
*Monitor transporter, vessel schedules, berthing/departing status and ensure all orders are duly delivered to customers within a stipulated operation turnaround time
*Preparation of quotations
*Any other duties assigned by Management
