Job Description

Work Location: Corporate Office, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Work Experience: b/n 5 Years to 10 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Electrical

Preferred Language: Telugu, English & Hindi (preferably). 

Fluent in writing and speaking Telugu and Hindi.

Job Description:

•Candidates with 10 Years of relevant work experience in Procurement in the Electrical and Construction Industries.

(Transmission and Distribution Projects , Irrigation, Buildings, and Under Ground drainage Projects)

•Floating inquiries to relevant sources to get the techno commercial details.
•Making comparison statements (CS) of quotations received from different suppliers.

•Negotiating technical and commercials with vendors, and submitting the comparative statement for approval.

•Getting approvals on POs and placing orders with selected vendors and suppliers.

•Continuous follow-up with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery at sites.

•Developing alternate sources of supply in critical times.

•Monitoring Vendor Performance.

•Maintaining and managing purchase MIS & Reports on daily.

•Monitoring DI & PO Quantities.

•Tracking PDC & LC Requests Submitted to F&A and time.

• Inter-departmental coordination for smooth operations of the construction site.
