Support Engineer

Job Description

Main Functions:

• Understand the bank’s treasury application needs and provide solution for new applications and support the existing application.
• Understand the bank’s process and workflow and provide optimization and support.
• Development of new enhancements and customizations on Summit platform based on the bank’s requirement.
• 1-3 Years of experience in supporting capital market applications in Bank or non-banking financial institution.
• Understanding of Business Process Automation & Implementation.
• Understanding of the client’s expectations in terms of the key client deliverables and internal.
• Preparing document in business process by identifying the business requirements.
• Customer facing Application support.

 Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

• Support experience in Finastra’s Fusion capital treasury management application.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in banking and finance with treasury management and capital market experience.
• Hands on experience in C++ and command, shell scripting for Windows.
• Strong experience in databases Oracle with hands on experience query design and analysis.
• Experience in scheduler like Batch control, Control M or Tivoli.
