Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated telecaller to join our team. The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, answer questions about the company, and manage customer accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have experience working with customers over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services
• Answer questions about the company and its offerings
• Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate team member
• Update customer accounts and follow up with customers as needed
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets
• Maintain a positive attitude and be able to handle rejection
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and concerns
