Job Description

As a Team Leader in Banking sector, your primary responsibility is to manage and guide a team of banking professionals in delivering high-quality customer service and achieving sales targets while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with other team leaders, senior management, and various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of banking professionals, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.

- Set performance goals and targets for the team and monitor progress towards achieving them.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention, as well as drive sales growth.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with other team leaders, senior management, and various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.

- Maintain a high level of knowledge about banking products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience working in the banking sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively.

- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
