Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both PHP and Flutter development and will be responsible for managing a team of developers working on various projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of PHP and Flutter developers to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget

Mentor and coach team members to help them reach their full potential

Act as a liaison between the development team and other departments, ensuring smooth and efficient communication

Plan and prioritize the team's workload and assign tasks accordingly

Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and adherence to best practices

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in PHP and Flutter development, and continuously evaluate new tools and techniques that can benefit the team

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates

Requirements:

A minimum of 2.5 years of experience in PHP and Flutter development, with a minimum of 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor team members

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

A deep understanding of PHP and Flutter development best practices, architecture patterns, and software design principles

Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
