Responsibilities:
● Research, write, and fifinalize technical product documentation for enterprise
software.
● Build and publish end-user documentation for product releases.
● Create clear and concise technical content for end users.
● Plan, estimate, and deliver the work allocated on time.
● Work closely with Development, QA, Product Management, and Technical
Support teams.
● Create high-quality documentation by adhering to the standard writing guidelines and
ensure that the documents are easily readable, technically accurate, and complete.
○ Create additional product information in the form of digital content
suitable for tutorials, training, marketing, webinars, blogging, and
conference presentations.
○ Knowledge of style guides like Microsoft Style.
○ Report issues with the product as you use it to develop the user
documentation.
Skills:
● Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
● Agile development practices.
● Basic programming or scripting skills.
● XML/SGML editor such as Arbortext, FrameMaker.
● Technical Writing skills in different tools such as Zoho writer, MS word, Zira and Robo
help.
