Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead to oversee our software development team and guide the technical aspects of projects from inception to delivery. The Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical direction, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
• Provide hands-on coding and oversee the team’s coding practices to ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and support team members in overcoming development challenges.
• Guide architectural decisions and establish standards for software development, ensuring alignment with overall technical strategy.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Manage the technical aspects of project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Implement best practices in DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools, evaluating their potential for implementation to enhance productivity and product quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless, monolithic).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Expertise in version control (e.g., Git) and DevOps practices, including CI/CD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading Agile teams.
• Knowledge of front-end and back-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, .NET, Spring).
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, PMP, Scrum Master).
