Technical Manager in Property Valuation

Job Description

·      Performing real estate market research, development of Broker network  and relevant data collection

·      Conducting Inspection Of Various Assets Including Residential, Commercial And Industrial Properties / Assets Etc. as per the  process and requirement,

·      Checking And Preparing Valuation/ property appraisal Report, overall responsibility of the quality of report.

·      Monitoring TAT To Achieve Monthly Target

·      Co-Ordination With Bank’s/NBFC’s To Solve Technical Query and smooth business operation

·      Learning/updating Valuation Approaches methodology and proper execution in day to day activities.

·      Identify The Replacement Cost/Market Values Of The Assets Through Market Surveys.

·      Developing And Maintaining Business Relations With Banks/ Institutions.

·      Ensure efficient team activities and harmonious working  environment in the office.
