POSITION OVERVIEW : Team 5 Technical PM

"Working with Technical lead responsible for a group of mixed servers being migrated. From Desk Checking to Sign off of Migration Slot
Working with IBM windows delivery teams and test teams as agreed to ensure the successful migration of the servers
? Engage in technical Discussions
? Raise any concerns with schedule
? Raise any Technical concerns with Lead Architect
Pre-Migration
? Analyse the Servers and how they are used by Applications
? Meet with Application and support teams to leverage their knowledge and experience
? Support the creation of the Runbook
Migration:
? Engage in trouble shooting when required
? If assigned as the migration engineer for that change perform the migration steps (z-install tool, etc.)"

Define team member roles and expectations, and ensure timely feedback.
Review, and be responsible for, the overall development and integration of requirements.
Measure and monitor progress to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations. Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
Define the project iterations strategy. Manage and evaluate iterations.
Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Plan, including the configuration management, risk management, project measurement, and quality management plans.
Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions.
Review and manage all changes to the requirements through a formally defined change management process.
Represent the project team at stakeholder meetings.

Must-Have Primary Skill: Project Management-SAP Project Managers with 8+yrs experience
