Technical Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Tech Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of tech roles, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with recruitment platforms. You will be key in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top tech talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other hiring platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain timely communication with all stakeholders
• Draft compelling job descriptions and outreach emails
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews and feedback loops
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
• Maintain recruitment data and generate reports as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment
• Strong understanding of tech roles (e.g., developers, QA, DevOps, data science, etc.)
• Familiarity with hiring platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to write professional and engaging emails
• Good time-management skills and a positive, go-getter attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
