Technical Team Leader

Job Description

• Determine organization needs and identify system specifications
• Exposure in handling Overseas Client projects
   
• Analyze the needs of large systems and breaking them down into smaller manageable parts
   
• Plan and design the structure of technology systems
   
• Communicate system requirements to software designers and developers; explain system structure to them and provide assistance throughout the assembly process.
   
• Choose suitable software, hardware and suggest integration methods.
   
• Oversee development and implementation of assigned programs and guide teammates
   
• Troubleshoot technical problems as and when they arise
   
• Carry out testing procedures to ensure systems are running smoothly
   
• Ensure that systems satisfy quality standards and procedures
   
• Work with senior IT personnel to devise plans for future IT requirements of the organization
   
• Produce progress reports

-must have High business analysis idea

-must be highly skilled.

-must have the ability to manage a team independently and must have problem solving ability.

-must have excellent communication skills.

-must have good knowledge on making business proposals and project documentation.

-must have knowledge on Artificial intelligence data Science,machine clear.

-must have knowledge in web development

-must be experienced in hard coding and work at least 3-4 years as a sr. developers etc.

-should have at least 5-10 years of exp in multiple domains.

-Must completed B.Tech/B.E. in the relevant fields
