Technical Writer

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to join our team and enrich our websites with new blog posts, guides, and marketing copy. Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.

If you’re exceptional in communication both written and spoken, familiar with producing online content, and have an eye for detail, we’d like to meet you. Feel free to share samples of your work or portfolio of your published articles, along with your application.

Requirements:

Must have experience in Technical Content Writing.

Good understanding of business and marketing and a minimum of one year of experience in B2B, SaaS and B2C writing.

Ability to research industry trends and topics in-depth.

Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as Social Media, websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, blogs, e-books, social media and more as required.

Maintain company web pages and blogs, write and post content online.

Work with developers/IT staff to assess any technical challenges in displaying the content.

Keeps up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, and social media channels such as Linkedin, Twitter, and Facebook.
