Position Summary:
The Credit Card Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers via telephone. This role involves generating leads, presenting credit card features and benefits, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales. The representative will work to meet sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce credit card products and services.
Present the features, benefits, and advantages of credit card offerings to potential clients.
Handle objections, answer questions, and provide information to facilitate the decision-making process.
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identify and qualify leads through various sources, including marketing campaigns, referrals, and existing customer databases.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales by effectively communicating the value propositions of credit card products.
Sales and Performance Targets:
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and quotas.

Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and financial goals.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to credit card sales.
Accurately complete and submit application forms and documentation for processing.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Product Knowledge and Training:
Stay updated on the latest credit card products, features, and industry trends.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Share feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends with the management team.
