Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Telecalling Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, along with the ability to handle clients effectively. This position requires a candidate with strong sales acumen and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.
• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or service requests.
• Explain the benefits of products/services and professionally answer customer questions.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales through CRM software.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and sales strategies.
• Provide feedback to the team on customer trends, market conditions, and potential sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telecalling and sales.
• Any graduation degree.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
