With minimum 3 years of experience as Test Lead/SME with full responsibly for all aspect of end to end testing functions is required. Perform defined daily tasks by following process, criteria, templates, tools and standards. • Prepare and provide inputs in Test Planning and Estimates by engaging Test Team. • Review Requirements and Test Scenarios/Cases prepared by the team to ensure adequate coverage & quality. • Collaborate with Business/BA & Development team to complete Test activities and deliverables on time and high quality. • Engage & collaborate with Test Managers/Project Managers and other stakeholders to manager delivery risks and issues. • Accountable for test artefacts and execution on scheduled, quality and cost. • Ensure defects are raised as per agreed defect management process/standards with all supporting information. • Monitor and track defect till closure. • Prepare status and closure reports with input from team and test manager. • Mentoring, support and guidance to team member on application/test process queries. • Track and manage metrics as per agreed Test Metrics and KPIs. • Align the test support SME profile and the associated activities. • Work with TRAD (Tech Release and Deployment) and Business team for Dress Rehearsal and Post Go Live support activities (If applicable). Must Have: Banking including Fraud Business Experience Should Have: Banking experience, Hands-on on Test tools like JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, and good understanding of Agile methodology
