Test Manager

Job Description

Role Requirements: 

• IT experience specific to the Banking industry.
• Management of testing team to carry out Application, System, UAT and Factory testing.
• Familiarity with IT security, anti-virus, and malware products.
• Understanding of end-point devices (Microsoft) and server technologies both onsite and cloud (Microsoft and AWS).
• Knowledge of E5 suite and MS Defender a distinct advantage.
• Support the business in assessing current capabilities, identify scope of change and drive out high-level business requirements.
• Responsible for providing test estimation in scope, test scripts and plans.
• Create detailed Test plans and work breakdown structure plans to illustrate resource allocation and scheduling tasks. 
• Responsible for all test phases in scope to ensure smooth and high-quality deliveries.
• Overall accountable for closure of Test Defects (where there is no defect Manager assigned, Test Manager should perform Test Defect Manager responsibilities.
