Job Description

 Test Manager: 

10+ Years’ Experience Roles and Responsibilities for Digital Eco System Testing - Functional, Automation, Web Analytics and Accessibility. Primary Skill: Digital Commerce’s, & Mobility, Digital Analytics. 

Candidate with experience in Digital & Mobility platforms like CMS(AEM/Magento), Digital packages (Hybris, Demand ware, ATG, Candidate need to have experience in deriving the test strategy for Service / Layer level testing for ex: Web services, micro-services and experience in Automation – preferred Selenium, Perfecto, Appium.

Knowledge on AWS, Azure app and data migration Experience with end-to-end systems integration testing within ecommerce platform. Good Experience in Automotive Domain. 

Should have good knowledge on DAM, Functional, System Integration, compatibility, Accessibility, Localization, and Mobility (OS). 

Experienced in developing test cases, test management, functional, mobile and in both front-end and back-end testing, UI testing. 

Experience with JIRA Should good understanding of various delivery methodology– Agile, waterfall and Iterative 

Responsibilities: 

• Test Manager to own E2E responsibility and accountability for all project deliverables and delivering the services committed in the SOW of the project 

• Review the deliverable framework design, test scenarios, test cases, traceability and automation scripts. 

• Performs requirement analysis, coordination for all test activities between offshore / onsite team. Technical reviews for the team 

• Working with the QA Manager to coordinate testing with technical teams to meet project milestones

• Escalation point for delivery, resourcing and any other related issues 

• Ownership of delivery and KPIs of the project 

• Responsible for integrity of testing and acceptance activities 

• Closely working with Client team, QA Manager, technical teams and drive the overall test strategy & plan for the Programs 

• Perform SOW review with effort estimation for the testing scope, meet the resource demands for the programs 

• Lead code quality, automation, PT, ST & tools

• Stay on top of the project schedule, planning, understand dependencies and priorities 

• Co-Own the responsibility to implement the Quality Engineering aspects 

• Timely completion of on-boarding and training for attrition replacements 

• Resolve escalations and impediments 

• Ensure preparedness for the forthcoming releases (forecasting & resourcing) 

• Proactive contributions to the review meetings with all relevant stakeholders and prepare weekly status report 

• Helps design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks for testing both UI and backend REST services.
