The End User Experience (EUE) Architect is responsible for providing expertise and leadership in the design, configuration and management of all corporate EUE devices and associated supporting management services.
Our ideal colleague will be responsible for the architecture, design, installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of the End User Computing environments including printers, desktops, laptops, thin clients, and mobile devices. Works with IT personnel, vendors, consultants, and customers for implementation of new or revised functions. Responsible for researching industry trends and developments and how to incorporate them in the Global strategy. Be self-directed, highly motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. Candidates should also have strong organizational and client relationship skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities.
Expectations
· Designing, enhancing and implementing the End User Computer platform and infrastructure to support the requirements of the business with an eye for continual improvement, including speed of delivery and user experience.
· Ensuring alignment of solutions evolution with the overall IT architecture landscape, in particular with the strategic move towards the Office 365 IT ecosystem.
· Following the evolution of the Office 365 landscape on the market and providing support for the definition of roadmaps and strategy of the IT departments.
· Analysing and developing the processes related to the migration of ESA User Services to MS Office 365.
· Identifying areas for improvement in business processes/areas providing possible solutions compliant with the IT strategy.
· Providing regular and comprehensive status and progress reports, covering scope, cost, schedule and quality, to the Head of Section and Department management, as required;
· Assist with development of roadmaps within the program space.
· Provide input into the technology plans for the organization, and ensure that plans for their assigned applications integrate effectively with other aspects of the technical infrastructure.
· Assist or lead in the definition of systems solutions to functional problems, conforming to established system architecture standards and practices.
· Coordinate communications with internal and external teams.
· Providing stakeholders with accurate reporting.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
· Adept at using negotiation, facilitation, and presentation techniques to build consensus, and skilled at communicating difficult and sensitive information tactfully.
· Experience in working International multi-site company environments.
· Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.

· Drive the adoption of creative solutions to address complex, global EUE problems.
· Develop effective architecture solutions that not only satisfy immediate project requirements but also deliver a coherent, reusable, reliable and phased architecture to help the business grow and change while aligning to strategic vision.
· Deliver technical security configuration architecture expertise in implementing cross-organizational information sharing.
· Develop solutions and recommendations for issues caused by process challenges, emerging threats and technology changes.
