Job Position: International Ticketing Executive
Job Description:
· Interaction with Corporate Clients for their travel requirement.
· Reservation & Ticketing on CRS -Galileo, Amadeus Online Portal.
· Itinerary & fare construction.
· Re-issuing tickets towards date change penalties, upgrades & re-routings involved.
· Solving Escalations at the first end.
· Coordinating with airlines regarding reservation issues.
· Handling Foreign exchange and travel insurance.
· Handling web check in and seat allocation.
Experience: 02 to 05 Years
