We are looking for a self-discipline
ed person with passion & purpose towards Training & Development. And have strong professionalism and work ethics to achieve company objectives. Expertise in both Sales trainings & Service trainings viz. Preparing Content to suit different training needs & Industry focused applications, Preparing case studies & Competition analysis as per the changing needs of customers. Person is also responsible for maximizes sales department effectiveness by determining and solving sales representative and sales manager training needs; managing staff.
Role & Responsibilities
• Take responsibility to Conduct Training Need Analysis for My Organization Employees & Dealership Engineers & Accordingly Design & Conduct Product Training to Sales Engineers, Dealer Service Engineers & Graduate Engineer Trainees at respective Dealer Places across Southern Indian States
• Service Training Module Preparations of AJAX Products at Level 1 & Level 2 Trainings □ Conducting Operator Meets & Hosting the Events on a monthly basis at all Locations across districts & states
• Training Operators on Safe Practices & Operation of Self Loading Concrete Mixers & Issuing of Post Training Certification for all Operators across the state on RPL 2.0 under PMKVY in collaboration with NSDC
• Consult with concern Product Managers to ensure training information is current and accurate.
• Deliver dynamic facilitation of classroom-based training through role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussion,
• Conducting Workshops & Exhibitions on a monthly basis with Equipment Demos at SEZ’s & Conferences.
• Conducting Service Engineer Training Programs on a regular intervals as per Training Calendar & Ensuring the MTTR 1 & 2 are upto the Vision Set by AJAX NEXT
• Participation with Government led Training Partner NAC (National Academy of Construction) & impart Train the Trainer Sessions for All the Trainers
• Contribute in the planning of Annual Training calendar – Change in Syllabus as per requirement
• Identifying & Conducting NEED BASED Trainings – Both for Key Customers & Engineers & Analysis of the marks obtained by the participant during the theory and practical training and
• formation of Competency matrix
Skills and Qualifications:
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• MBA
• Proficient in Telugu language
