Job Description

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work on MS Power Apps to complete project deliverables.
• Works with project manager and other team members to carry out process modelling & journey mapping activities are completed for the project.
• Work with the project team and other stakeholders to ensure project roadmap is followed.
• Organise workshops with various stakeholder to gather requirements and understand various processes.
• Translate the requirements & processes into various project artefacts.
• Own the various project artefacts and seek feedback/sign-off on them from various stakeholders.
• Maintain all project artefacts at the common repository and ensure they are version controlled.
• Resolve queries around the requirements for the project team.
• Co-ordinate the testing activities of the project deliverables.
• Work with team members and project manager to ensure business readiness of the deliverables.
• Facilitate in BAT/UAT and ensure the quality of the deliverables are maintained.
• Co-ordinate the training of team members & stakeholders.
• Creates PowerPoint and Visio documentation to elaborate on various project nuances.
• Work with the project team to ensure meeting project deadlines.
• Contribute along with the project manager to define RAID elements for the project.
• Contributes to the advancement and improvement of practices within the client’s organization.
• Contributes towards key stakeholder management.
• As an integral part of the Banking Consulting Team, the person will be responsible for leading the discussions with client from a business perspective.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience as Business Analyst in Financial Services projects, preferably with banks.
• Knowledge and experience of process modelling and journey mapping.
• Having Transformation and change management background, with experience in requirements gathering for processes, documenting procedures, approvals and sign off, co-ordinating training, testing & business readiness.
• Practical experience of using MS Power Apps, with additional development capability preferred.
• Preferably, having experience in customer onboarding.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of Waterfall & Agile methodology.
• Hands on experience on various tools like; MS Power Apps, MS Office Suite, ALM, JIRA, Confluence, Service Now, etc.
• Good communication skills with ability to lead discussions with various stakeholders.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
