UI UX Designer

Job Description

This candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating mockups to present to teams, collecting feedback and creating a quality piece of work. This individual should be comfortable with building sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to provide to project manners and inevitably execute based on outlined criteria. This candidate should have strong creative and design skills and be familiar with various design technologies.

• Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
• Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand project
• Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Leverage user testing make product improvements
• Develop design solutions for various platforms
• Establish consistent brand and creative designs
• Communicate ideas with project managers using mock-up and look book
• Collect feedback from project managers and adjust approach to cater to criteria
• Build sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to outline structure
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study, B.E., Bsc.IT, etc. 
• 1-2 years of experience with UI and UX design
• Strong communication, design and creative thinking skills Experience with Adobe Pro, Photoshop and programming languages HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Proficient in visual design and wireframing tool
