Job Description
· Different USA visa petitions management
· Handling Student visas - OPT, CPT, etc.
· H1B CAP, Extension, Transfers, amendments Filing
· Query Handling on HR & Immigration related issues, organize,
· Maintain and file legal documents. Monitor status of the pending H-1B cases, track expiration dates, run reports.
· Updating & maintaining of various immigration & HR reports
· Manage timelines and case flow on a daily basis, updating the manager regularly
· Excellent communication skills verbal and written
· Ability to multi task
