Educational Qualification

• Applicants Must have passed HSC, Any Degree, Bachelor Degree in Engineer, Master Degree, B.E/ B.Tech, MBA, M.Com, MCA, B.Com, B.Sc, PG Diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute.

Ujjivan Bank Job Responsibilities :

• Ensure adherence to the RCU policy of organization for respective products.
• Identify, on-board and manage RCU agencies in the cluster.
• Responsible to investigate the cases for appropriate disciplinary/administrative action based on the Modus Operandi and RCA.
• Maintain MIS and analyzing the trend.
• Responsible for effective screening and sampling for MSE and SHL products at the branch level 
• Ensure that all the reported incidences are investigated, reported and acted upon as per SOP, without hampering the business. 
• Ensure that proper upward information channel is utilized including various analytical tools and MIS.
• Responsible to maintain strong and healthy cross functional relations.
