Job Description

` Provide information and advice to clients regarding visa requirements, application processes, and necessary documentation.

` Assist clients in completing visa application forms, collecting supporting documents, and preparing visa application packages.

` May work with embassies, consulates, and other authorities to obtain necessary information and documents for clients.

`Review client documentation to ensure that it meets the requirements of the destination country's immigration laws.

`Responsible for responding to client queries and providing customer service throughout the visa application process.

`Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, applications, and outcomes.

`Stay up-to-date with changes in visa policies and regulations, and they may need to update clients on any relevant changes.

`Assist clients with appealing visa denials or other adverse decisions.

`Offer additional services, such as travel insurance, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
