Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer with 3+ years of expertise in designing, coding, and maintaining web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, an eye for clean and responsive design, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications, ensuring responsiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to create seamless, user-centric web interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that aligns with best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct testing, including unit and integration testing, and support QA in validation processes.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest web development trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in web development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and AJAX for server communication.
  • Experience with back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express, Django, or Ruby on Rails).
  • Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and understanding of accessibility standards.
  • Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS).

• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques and tools.
