Should College Students Be Tested For Aids?

Introduction

HIV infection is one of the most dangerous viruses in human history. There isn’t any kind of cure for this deadliest virus that causes AIDS the late stage of the HIV. Without any treatment, life expectancy decrease to one year. It needs proper treatment to make it in balance. Some of the students have information and know about the threat of Aids and they get tested but on the other hand most of the students understand it as a life threatening virus and there is no any cure to control it that’s why they avoid to get test for HIV and don’t get tested due to privacy. With proper HIV medicine, students live healthy and long life and they care to interact with their partners while having sex. 

Causes of Aids

HIV testing is very important not only for college students but for all the people. Most of college students have not been tested for Aids and in the last when they feel some symptoms; they get test and find positive due to having sex with multiple sex partners without any precautions. Without test, college students can spread the HIV virus with contacting each other like having sex or using same material like blade, scissors and so on and that will be alarming situation for them. Many students don’t take any possible step to rid of it by get test for Aids because of their low emotional self-efficacy. Actually students believe that Aids is one of the deadliest and sever health risk and feel invincible about contracting the virus. If students get test at time and find themselves HIV positive, their lives can be saved and they can live healthy and test can be lifesaving for them. 

Remedial measures for Aids

The only way to be sure for this HIV virus or Aids is to get tested if positive next step should be taken like proper medicine to make it in balance and avoid to contact through sex and other with the sex partner or anyone else. That’s why HIV testing is so important. The only solution to get rid of this deadliest virus is to get tested all over the colleges. Students should be guided and supported for making a testing decision that can help them to overcome the fear with taking the test.
