Variable pay (Incentive)--10000/- depend on target 
TADA (Petrol Allowence )--180/- per day (4680 Monthly )

Meeting sales targets
Promoting new products and any special deals
Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
Giving feedback on sales trends
Roles & Responsibilities :
-Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
-Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
-Mainly focusing on Top A&B class outlets
-Converting Dormant buyers.
-Credit Analysis and recovery.
-Building business relationships with current and potential Buyers
-Assisting buyers with promotional and other offers
-Resolving key issues which might be facing.
-Collaborating with the Manager on sales goals & highlighting key issues

Business Development is core to growing business via Sellers on Udaan. 
This team is responsible for the business growth of Udaan and our seller partners.
The team drives product adoption and evolution to ensure Udaan becomes relevant and the obvious choice for trade to all businesses in that category.
Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
Making appointments with and meeting new customers
Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
