Business Development Manager (BDM) – IT Solutions (UK Market)

Job Description

We are an innovative IT solutions provider specializing in cutting-edge technology services ranging from software development, AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and website development. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to help drive sales and establish a strong presence in the UK market.

 

 

 

Role and Responsibilities:

 

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK market for our IT solutions and services.

Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting, lead generation, and building relationships to closing deals.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring strong partnerships.

Understand clients' business challenges and position our IT services to meet their needs.

Research and stay up to date on the UK IT landscape, market trends, and competitors.

Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase market share in the UK.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining profitability.

Collaborate with the internal teams, including marketing, product development, and technical teams, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of client expectations.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.

Participate in conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and develop client relationships.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and follow-up with leads efficiently.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, with a focus on IT services, preferably with a proven track record of generating sales from the UK market.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT services sector, including software development, cloud solutions, AI/ML, and staff augmentation.
