Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday Work From Home)

Must-Haves:

10+ years of sales experience, including team management and exceeding targets.
Edtech background with industry knowledge.
Leadership skills from strategy to operations.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies.
Manage a sales team, set targets, and provide mentorship.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
Deliver persuasive presentations.
Close deals through negotiation.
Analyze sales data.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Optimize sales processes.
Cultivate partnerships for market visibility.
