Role Definition-The Assistant MarketingManager(Remote Work) shall be responsible for processing all incoming leads and generating leads, educate the client about the Services and coordinating till disbursement.
Responsibilities:
1. Key role as tele Marketing, Sales Promotion, Sales Lead Generation, Sales Management skills and B2B sales and skill
2.Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads.
3. Follow all leads which you generate by calling
4. Brief knowledge about the product and features
5. Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
6. Maintain and develop a good relationship with Clients through personal contact or via telephone etc.
7. Ability to drive “sales targets” of multiple creativeServices
8. Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback from time to time on various market-related activities.Adding and updating real-time all records in various trackers/ Excel sheets used to keep data of enrolments, queries, and schedules.
9. No of the leads attended with detailed reporting to the management.
10. Using leads that were generated through social media and other forms of marketing.
11. Using their Professional Networking for creating Brand Image.
12. Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
13. Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
14. Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
15. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
16. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirementsAnswer incoming calls from prospective client
17. Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
